Rahm Emanuel tells Charlie Rose he wants to replace Daley

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel has acknowledged that he would like to be mayor of Chicago at some time in the future.

In an interview with PBS host Charlie Rose to be run late Monday night, Emanuel said he hopes Mayor Richard M. Daley seeks re-election and said he would support Daley. But Emanuel added that if Daley should decide not to run, he would consider running for the post himself some day.
No word yet from Chicago's top boss on whether Rahm Emanuel gets the green light. Can you see Rahm Emanuel taking orders from this guy?
