NYT's Sulzberger Made $5.9 Million in 2009

For the third year in a row, New York Times Co. CEO Janet Robinson made more money than Chairman and Publisher Arthur Sulzberger Jr., according to a Security and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

During 2009, Robinson's total compensation including base salary and options was $6.2 million. Sulzberger made $5.9 million during the same year.
