Mayor Daley interviewed by feds in 2008 for Carothers' Bribe Case

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
The FBI covertly interviewed Mayor Daley two years ago while probing the dealings of a developer and a now convicted Chicago alderman.

The mayor was not a target or a subject of the investigation, sources familiar with the interview told the Sun-Times.


But he was queried by authorities during the investigation into a development headed by Calvin Boender, who is on trial in federal court for allegedly bribing then-Ald. Isaac "Ike"Carothers (29th).
