Gutierrez(Democrat- Tony Rezko) to Vote Yes on ObamaCare

The New York Times reports:

Representative Luis V. Gutierrez, Democrat of Illinois, said on Thursday that he would vote in favor of the Democrats’ health care legislation. Mr. Gutierrez had threatened to oppose the measure because he did not like provisions in the Senate-passed bill that would bar illegal immigrants from purchasing insurance through new government exchanges, even if they paid the full cost with their own money.

No word yet on what kind of deal Gutierrez of Tony Rezko fame held out for. Gutierrez's "friend" Calvin Boedner was convicted this afternoon on all 5 bribery counts.
