Corruption Will Persist in Cook County As Long As Blacks Vote 90% Democratic Says Cook County Commissioner

Cook County Commissioner Tony Peraica has this to say on his Twitter page:

As long as African-Americans vote 90%+ for every Democrat up and down the ballot, nothing will change in Cook County

It's hard to argue with that.
