Convicted Chicago mobster target of new probe

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Federal agents have raided the Oak Brook home of convicted Chicago mobster Frank Calabrese Sr., seizing nearly $750,000 cash, loaded guns, jewelry and evidence suggesting that Calabrese Sr. secretly recorded his mob confederates, according to court documents.

Many of the items were found in a hole in a wall hidden by a family portrait in the home’s basement, according to the documents.
