Obama has requested $10 billion over the next 10 years to update the Child Nutrition Act and help get healthier choices into school lunches. There's an additional $5 million to support farmer's markets across the country and the grocery store financing initiative will cost a proposed $400 million a year for the next seven years.No word yet on when the Obama administration plans on running grocery stores on a day to day basis.
