Obama Accepts Nobel Saying He Understands Cost of War

Bloomberg reports:

President Barack Obama accepted the Nobel Peace Prize, saying he is humbled by the award and receives it with an “acute sense” of the cost of war.

“We are at war, and I am responsible for the deployment of thousands of young Americans to battle in a distant land,” Obama said in the text of his remarks. “Some will kill. Some will be killed.”
