Singles ministries cut back

The Sacramento Bee reports:

For years, Pastor Rick Cole oversaw the singles ministry at Capital Christian Center. He noticed a recurring problem - older men approaching younger women.

"We had to keep a watchful eye out," said Cole. "Just because it's a church, it doesn't mean everybody is in the same place."
