American Colleges Tell Companies Don't Hire American Students : Save Money on FICA Taxes by Hiring Foreigners

American Colleges are reminding corporations:

'In fact, a company may save money by hiring international students because the majority of them are exempt from Social Security (FICA) and Medicare tax requirements,'

Isn't nice to know that American colleges are exempt from federal taxation but take tax dollars and then put this up on their websites?
