No deal between U.S., Swiss governments in bank secrecy case

Miami Herald reports:

A Justice Department attorney told a federal judge during a telephone hearing Wednesday morning that the U.S. and Swiss governments haven't yet resolved a legal dispute over whether Swiss banking giant UBS should have to turn over the names of 52,000 clients with secret offshore accounts.
