L.A. Unified pays teachers not to teach

The L.A. Times reports:

For seven years, the Los Angeles Unified School District has paid Matthew Kim a teaching salary of up to $68,000 per year, plus benefits.

His job is to do nothing.

It's time to separate school from state.It's sad that California and federal taxpayers have to pay for this.
