Almost 60 professors, administrators and other retirees from the University of Massachusetts receive pensions of $100,000 or more, straining the financial capacity of the state system.
The university pensioners, including 30 from the Amherst campus, are prominent on a list of 106 state retirees with pensions of at least $100,000.
