Despite scrutiny, Patti Blagojevich avoids indictment

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Sources say the probe into Patti Blagojevich's real estate commissions is still under way and that some of the dealings discussed recently before the grand jury have not yet been made public -- a sign there's more investigation to come. Even her lawyer said he wouldn't rule out charges against her.
