Blago: 'Never intended' to violate law

UPI reports:

Ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, who is under federal indictment, said Thursday he "never intended" to violate any laws.

Blagojevich made the departure from earlier outright denials during an appearance on the NBC "Today" show.
