Under the budget plan, these households (about 3 percent of the total) would experience tax increases of $318 billion over the next 10 years.

You'll want to look at the list.Number 1 on the list is Washington D.C., the place with the most percentage households making over 200k a year.I guess a majority of the voters in Blue states really want higher taxes.
