Top 10 Tax-Friendly Cities

Kiplinger has a top ten list of the most tax friendly cities.A shocker here: Chicago was number 10.I guess Kiplinger hasn't heard of Chicago having the highest retail sales tax in America.Or Chicago's high real estate tax.Or Chicago's head tax on employment.No word yet on whether Mayor Daley "knows" people over at Kiplinger.
