The half-brother of Chicago's reputed onetime Outfit boss James Marcello has agreed to testify against a deputy U.S. marshal accused of being a well-placed mob snitch.
Michael Marcello, an admitted member of the Outfit's Melrose Park crew, is serving 81/2 years in prison after pleading guilty in the Family Secrets prosecution.
