U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has bypassed fair play.Who regulates the watchdog?
In the criminal case involving Gov. Blagojevich, Fitzgerald has violated the ethical guidelines of the U. S. Department of Justice, the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, and the standards of the American Bar Association -- all three overseers sharing essentially the same standards.
