Blagojevich Happy With 13% Approval Rating

Chicago Public Radio reports on the man the U.S. Attorney's Office calls "Public Official A" in the Tony Rezko indictment:
Just how low is 13 percent? Around the time former Illinois Governor George Ryan left office drowning in a sea of corruption and scandal—his approval rating was 23 percent. President Bush’s is 27 percent.

Today, Blagojevich made his first appearance since his 13 percent approval figure came out.

BLAGOJEVICH: That’s a baker’s dozen, right? I consider that a lucky number.
