Proposal to end the Income Tax in Massachusetts qualified

Yesterday, a proposal to end the income tax in Massachusetts qualified to be on the ballot in November. Spearheaded by the Committee for Small Government, the proposal received over 15,000 signatures, when only 11,099 were needed.
