Mass.Income tax repeal gets 1st ballot slot

The Berkshire Eagle reports:

An initiative petition proposing to repeal the state's income tax will appear on the November ballot as Question 1, Secretary of State William Galvin announced yesterday.

Sounds like some people in Massachusetts want to pay the same income tax rate as Harvard.
