Chicago Suburb Winnetka Still Has Handgun Ban and Hasn't Been Sued

After the Heller case, most Chicago suburbs who had the ban were sued.Morton Grove and Wilmette dropped their bans.Today,we contacted the Winnetka police and can report that they have yet to be sued and the handgun ban is still in place.
