A mammoth antitrust lawsuit will creep forward Thursday when Advanced Micro Devices asks a federal court in Delaware for permission to depose about 400 chip and computer industry executives to gather evidence supporting its allegations that Intel Corp. used unfair discounts and other illegal tactics to suppress competition.
