Lesbian gets $35G in ladies' room boot suit

New York Daily News reports:

A lesbian who was booted from the ladies' room at a Greenwich Village restaurant because she looked too much like a man settled her suit Tuesday for $35,000.

Khadijah Farmer filed the gender-discrimination suit last year after a bouncer at Caliente Cab Co. ejected her while she was on the toilet, following a complaint that a "man" had entered the ladies' room.
