Man Dies After Chicago police use stun gun

The Chicago Tribune reports:
A 24-year-old man died Tuesday night after Chicago police shocked him with a Taser stun gun because he was resisting arrest, authorities said Wednesday morning.

Little information about the incident, which occurred sometime Tuesday, was available, but Officer John Henry said the man "was Tasered on the West Side after resisting arrest, and becoming combative and violent while being taken into custody." He could not say why Roberto Gonzales was being arrested.

Gonzales of the 4800 block of South Wood Street was pronounced dead at 8:15 p.m. in Mt. Sinai Hospital, according to a Cook County medical examiner's office spokesman.
Isn't nice to have gun control in Chicago?
