Powerful Chicago Alderman Ed Burke Wants to Tax ATM Transactions

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Finance Committee Chairman Edward M. Burke (14th) raised the possibility of a lease tax or a tax on ATM transactions.

Those Democrats in Chicago sure like to tax poor people.
