DLC Chairman Harold Ford: Millionaires Don't Need Social Security

Harold Ford in the Washington Times said this:

Let's strike a new covenant with millionaire Social Security recipients so those who don't need the benefits can go without them in exchange for favorable tax treatment on their long-term investments.

Millionaires with grey hair needing welfare checks from 28 year olds? We give Harold Ford credit though,we don't know of many or any Democrats who are talking about cutting Warren Buffett off the welfare rolls.Most Democrats seem to like the idea of billionaires on Social Security.
