College execs' pay on rise

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

At many of the nation's top universities, higher math means that being boss equals a nice paycheck.

The Chronicle of Higher Education on Monday released a survey showing that the median salary for leaders of larger public research institutions was $397,349.

Among private institutions, the median was $528,105.

College really is a lucrative business.
