Rogue Chicago Police Robbed Victims By They Were Being Arrested

ABC TV Chicago reports:
The day after an elite Chicago police unit was disbanded, a new lawsuit has been filed against some of its officers and former Police Superintendent Phil Cline.

It is a lawsuit filed by a South Side bar owner and a patron, who was arrested by Special Operations Section officers.

It is a case that involves a videotape that lawyers believe contributed toward the decision to disband the city's Special Operations Section.

The surveillance tape showing a police raid on a South Side bar has now become a big part of a lawsuit against Mayor Daley, Cline and 20 officers who are part of the now disbanded Special Operations Section.

"The disbanding of SOS unit may be in part response to this tape because there's no way to explain these activities," said Christopher Smith, plaintiff's attorney

The video appears to contradict arrest reports filed by SOS officers. Victims say they were searched without cause and falsely arrested. Some even say officers robbed their homes while they were in custody.
Remember, this is a town where you can't own a gun to defend yourself. It's appears it was this Alderman's vision to have criminals run Chicago.Gun control works in Chicago, for corrupt people.
