'Friends and family' buyer sues Trump

Crain's Chicago Business reports:
After being thrown out of Donald Trump’s “friends and family,” an Evanston couple is suing the developer to get back in.

Nathan and Judi Diamond-Falk are challenging Mr. Trump’s decision last year to tear up their contract to buy a $1.2-million condominium in his Chicago tower at a 10% discount.

Ms. Diamond Falk, an interior designer, was one of a few dozen people who worked on the 90-story project and who agreed to buy condos there four years ago under a special “friends and family” program.
