Family sues Public school over knife search in their Home

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Steve and Kelly D'Allesandro say the dean at their son's junior high school in Addison was way out of line when he entered the family's home while Kelly was in the shower -- without letting her know he was there with her son -- and gathered evidence for a disciplinary proceeding against the boy.
