Talk of $250,000 cap on farm subsidies draws fire from Sen. Boxer

The San Francisco Chronicle reports:
Sen. Barbara Boxer said Wednesday she would not support a $250,000 limit on farmers receiving federal crop subsidies, saying it would be a disaster for the state's cotton and rice growers.
Sounds like the farm lobby has paid well for Barbara Boxer.Who ever said socialism was a movement of the downtrodden?
