Judge Posner Frightens Australia

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
An article in Friday's the Australian newspaper said U.S. Appellate Judge Richard Posner frightened Australian lawyers and judges meeting in Chicago last week by advocating "secret trials" and other "big brother" programs to fight terrorism.

Posner said he was just reprising the views espoused in his recent book, Not a Suicide Pact: The Constitution in a Time of National Emergency.
I guess some people don't think the Chicago School of Economics is very libertarian.
