From Slow Growth "Union" State to High Growth No Income Tax State:Comerica to Leave

The Detroit News reports on Comerica leaving Michigan for Dallas:
Dallas, Comerica noted, is the site of more than 10,000 corporate headquarters. With assets of $58 billion, Comerica will be the largest bank holding company in Texas -- a distinction it believes will help it attract "talented" employees.

The bank also pointed out Texas has one of the highest population growth rates in the country. The U.S. Census Bureau projects two-thirds of Americans will live in the South and West by 2030.
I guess if Michigan had low taxes, growth and jobs might be better.But,the big government advocates seem to never get that point.
