Two Chicago Police cars were towed last week for being illegally parked -- and the department then sent out a memo warning cops not to park in handicapped spots or in front of fire hydrants. Some government workers think they are special.
The actions followed a Sun-Times story that reported the department is investigating a handful of police employees for suspected misuse of disabled parking signs.
