Poll results show New Jersey Senate race neck and neck

The AP reports:
The race between Democratic Sen. Robert Menendez and Republican challenger Tom Kean Jr. remains virtually deadlocked with less than four weeks remaining before Election Day, a new poll shows.

The new Quinnipiac University poll shows Menendez favored by 49 percent of likely voters, compared to 45 percent of those polled favoring Kean. Six percent were undecided.

In the last Quinnipiac poll, released Sept. 20, Kean was favored by 48 percent of likely voters with Menendez at 45 percent.
You'd think in a Democratic state like New Jersey, you'd see the Democratic candidate way ahead.Sounds like New Jersey voters think Menendez may have legal troubles ahead.
