The Number of High School Graduates To Drop

USA Today reports:

Projections by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education show the number of high school graduates nationwide is expected to decrease beginning in 2008. It won't happen evenly; states across most of the upper half of the country face the steepest declines.

Vermont will see a 17% drop by 2015-2016.

That's interesting because that's the first year that baby boomers start retiring.Big demographic changes are coming.
