New Chicago Ordinance Would Ban Smoking In Cars

NBC TV Chicago reports:

Alderman Edward Burke has introduced an ordinance in the city council City Council that would prohibit smoking inside vehicles when small children are present, NBC5 reported on Thursday.

Violators would be fined $100.
