The 10th is a Democratic district, with a partisan performance index of D+3.6. This makes it one of the most Democratic districts in the country held by a Republican. (In this case, Mark Kirk.)Maybe,Kos hasn't been in this district.It's one of the wealthiest in the country.It has the super-rich zip codes which contain Lake Forest,Kenilworth,Winnetka,Glencoe,and Northbrook.It has the corporate headquarters of Kraft,Walgreens,and Abbott Labs in the district.If Markos thinks this is a partisan Democratic district,I'd like to know what he's smoking.But,I'll say this,if the Democrats can win in this district they'll take the House.
