Bigger portions add up to bigger people

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
People tend to eat whatever is put in front of them -- no matter how large or small the portion size -- because of a "culturally induced" norm that the given portion is appropriate, a new study finds.

This may help explain why, as a nation, we're so fat and why portion size is key to controlling consumption, the study published in the Psychological Science journal suggests.
You can't go wrong on the eat-less-food diet.
