Mark Brown reports on what happened after someone found two Cook County workers sleeping on the job.The tipster Kevin Plomann called Charles Hernandez, the chief investigator for the Cook County Bureau of Administration. Here's a call that Plomann later received:
"Hello."

"Is this Kevin?"

"Yes."

"Do you have insurance?"

"Uh, yeah."

"Well, good. That way they can put you back together when I break your (bleep)ing legs."

Then the phone went dead.
