Deceased Chicago Mobster/Politician's Relatives Are On Chicago's Payroll

The late Fred Roti's legacy of corruption and mob influence lives on in Chicago. The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
The city Transportation Department employs at least 11 members of the Roti family. But many more are on the city payroll. At least 36 members of the Roti family have city jobs -— from truck drivers to a fire captain, an alderman'’s secretary to assistant commissioner of a city agency, the Sun-Times found.

At least 21 others receive city pensions. Altogether, Roti family members get more than $3.1 million a year in paychecks and pensions, city records show.
Government in Chicago is just a mob outfit on a large scale. There's little outrage because the voting population in Chicago is quite tolerant of corruption. How ironic though, the Democratic Party which rules Chicago favors a bunch of white people with mob connections as opposed to "minorities" Democrats claim to represent.
