Property Rights Activists Defined As Terrorist Suspects

Wendy McElroy reports:
The Virigina Manual on Terrorism and Security Awareness Orientation for State Employees is one scarey document. On Page 4, under Terrorist Organizations 'domestic' -- the section defining who should be viewed as a terrorist suspect -- one of the groups flagged is 'Property Rights Activists.' This makes libertarians into terrorist suspects.
The government is threatened by property rights because government is funded by the confiscation of property.
