25 cops get reprimands for drinking

The Pioneer Press reports:
On the same day he reprimanded 25 officers for drinking alcohol at a police station, St. Paul Police Chief John Harrington announced Friday a stricter drinking policy for undercover officers and a wellness program to help officers deal with stress.

During less than a year's time, there have been three incidents involving officers and alcohol — an undercover officer's blood-alcohol content was found to be more than twice the legal limit when he was killed in the line of duty in May; an off-duty officer pleaded guilty in January to driving while intoxicated; and 25 officers admitted to drinking at the Eastern District station when their shifts ended.
The police in St.Paul seem to be experts on drunk driving.
