US 30-year Treasuries rise in pre-auction bidding

Reuters reports:
Prices of 30-year U.S. Treasuries rose on Monday as dealers snatched up the paper ahead of Thursday's auction, but other maturities eased under the weight of new supply.

The Treasury will issue $48 billion in new debt this week, culminating in the sale of $14 billion in 30-year bonds on Thursday, the first sale of the "long bond" in more than four years.
Just a reminder it's back.
