New Jersey town bans Baseball field

Sploid reports on one town's hatred of property rights:
Bill Maier bought himself a ten-acre lot in East Amwell, New Jersey with the hope building a new home and a baseball diamond where he could coach his son and his friends.

Instead he has been served a cease and desist order by the local zoning board after neighbors complained about the appearance of base paths on his lawn.

Maier's plans were fairly modest. He had his yard graded and was going to build a pitcher's mound and base paths. He planted a row of trees along his property line, twenty feet from the field, to serve as a screen for foul balls.
What else does the town want to ban through majority vote?
