Mayor Grabs T-Shirts

The Boston Herald reports on further escapes of the Blue city of Boston:
Mayor Thomas M. Menino and a small group of local clergy last night removed Boston’s notorious “Stop Snitchin’ ” T-shirts from a Dorchester store’s shelves with the consent of its manufacturer.
“This sends a message to the country that this is not a First Amendment issue,” said the Rev. Eugene Rivers, one of two ministers who joined the mayor in a five-minute, back-room meeting with Marco Antonio Ennis at his Dorchester store, Antonio Ansaldi. “This is about saving young black children in this city.”

After a heated phone conversation with Ennis earlier in the day, Menino strolled into the shop at 6 p.m. and immediately embraced the former rapper-turned-designer, describing him as a “well-respected businessman,” willing to put the good of the community ahead of his personal profit.
Do you like how it stated "removed with the consent"? Politicians removing things.Freedom in Boston.
