Mayor Daley wants deposition on his terms

You've got to like that title don't you? On Emperor Daley's terms. The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Mayor Daley wants to dictate the place and limit the time in which civil lawyers can question him about why his cousin was fired from his city job, according to documents filed Friday in federal court.

In the filing, Daley argued he shouldn't be deposed at all in the wrongful-termination lawsuit lodged by cousin Mark Gyrion because of recent testimony from other city officials supporting Daley's assertion that he played no role in the firing.

If the deposition must happen, Daley's lawyers asked U.S. District Judge Elaine Bucklo to limit it to 45 minutes and require it take place at City Hall.
Who in the private sector could get away with that?
