Job Growth Stalls In Massachusetts

The Boston Globe reports:
A range of factors have contributed to the drag on high-tech and life sciences employment, said officials at the quasi-public institute. Among them have been rising productivity, outsourcing, slower growth in federal funding for academic research, competition from other high-tech states, mergers and the loss of corporate headquarters, steep housing costs and burdensome regulations.
Is this going to be the basis of a Mitt Romney Presidential run?
